These terms are an agreement between you and Revenue Dealer Martech Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at Plot No. D-107, Sector 2, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, which operates the IncomeKaro service (“IncomeKaro”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or buying anything on it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What the service is

IncomeKaro is an AI-powered business opportunity discovery tool. You answer a short assessment about your situation, skills, budget, available time and preferences. We then generate a set of business opportunities matched to that profile, and optionally a deeper business blueprint for one of them.

What the service is not

IncomeKaro uses artificial intelligence to generate business ideas, research and planning assistance. This information is educational and informational. IncomeKaro does not guarantee revenue, profits, customer demand, investment outcomes, funding or business success.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice. All output is generated by artificial intelligence, is informational and educational in nature, and may contain errors, outdated information or ideas that are unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it, and for any decision you make. Any pricing figures shown are hypotheses to test, not recommendations or market data.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this service.

Payments

• The Opportunity Unlock is a one-time payment of ₹199. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• The Business Blueprint is a separate one-time payment of ₹999 per opportunity.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• Access is granted only after we verify your payment on our servers. If your payment is debited but access is not granted, contact info@revenuedealer.com and we will resolve it.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the answers you provide. You grant us the licence needed to process them in order to deliver the service.

The opportunities and blueprints generated for you are yours to use for your own business. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or make them available as a product or dataset to others, and you may not use them to train or fine-tune a machine learning model. The site itself — its software, design, archetype database and prompts — remains our property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access results, opportunities or accounts that are not yours.
• Circumvent, disable or probe any paywall, access control, rate limit or security measure.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content from the service by automated means.
• Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract our prompts or archetype database.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these terms are materially breached.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn. We depend on third-party providers (hosting, AI, payments) and are not liable for their outages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, including any loss arising from a business you started based on output from this service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
