Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IncomeKaro collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to everything you do on this website.

Who we are

IncomeKaro is operated by Revenue Dealer Martech Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at Plot No. D-107, Sector 2, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. That company is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

• Assessment answers. Your current occupation, skills, starting budget, available time, technical comfort, preferred business types and target market.
• Contact details. Name, email address and mobile / WhatsApp number, when you choose to give them before viewing your results.
• Payment metadata. Order ID, payment ID, amount, status and timestamp. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials — those go directly to our payment gateway.
• Technical data. A session identifier stored in a cookie, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken on the site.

Why we use it

• To generate your personalised business opportunities and blueprint.
• To deliver what you paid for and to give you access to it again later.
• To process payments, issue receipts and handle refund requests.
• To send you your results and service updates about your purchase.
• To send promotional messages about business opportunities — only if you separately opted in to that, and you can opt out at any time.
• To measure how the site performs so we can improve it, and to prevent abuse and fraud.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the product:

• Supabase — database and hosting for your account, assessment and results.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude) — your assessment profile (occupation, skills, budget, time, technical comfort, preferences, market) is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your opportunities and blueprint. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Anthropic.
• Resend — sends your results and purchase emails. Receives your name and email address only.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment details are collected and handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and advertising measurement. These use cookies and may receive your IP address, device information and the actions you take on the site.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie (ik_session) that identifies your assessment session so your answers and results are not lost. Without it the product cannot work. Our analytics and advertising partners set their own cookies; you can block these in your browser or with an ad blocker, and the core product will still function.

How long we keep it

Assessment sessions and generated results are retained for 24 months so you can return to them. Payment records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Analytics data follows each provider’s own retention period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Email info@revenuedealer.com from the address you signed up with and we will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your data removes your access to any results you have purchased.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with access restricted to server-side credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email where we have your address.
